About Me

Being set in the Colonial period and her love of horses, I imagine Felicity would now be in the Equestrian world of the East Coast.  Her design is influenced by the rustic details, colors, textures and styles of the Colonial period with an equestrian twist and more modern/traditional approach.  Her space is practical yet comforting mirroring the design aesthetics of a time when simplicity and craftsmanship were valued. 

Set in the southwest, Josefina's interior reflects the region’s adobe architecture and natural surroundings with a modern Spanish style. Materials in her home include features of earthy tones, handmade textiles, and rustic wooden furniture.  Her space is warm and inviting, reflecting both the simplicity and beauty of Southwestern design. The decor emphasizes functionality while celebrating the craftsmanship and cultural richness of her environment. 

Growing up as a Swedish immigrant pioneer on her families' farm, I imagine Kirsten is now living out her homesteading, farm and cottage core dreams on her own farm.  Her interior design is rooted in Swedish traditions, featuring handmade textiles like linens, woven rugs, florals, and rustic touches creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

After reaching freedom in Philadelphia,  I imagine Addy living out her dream of becoming a teacher and now living in a brick row house or updated Brownstone. While she wanted all the "pretty things" in freedom, she has accomplished that with a home that is simple yet filled with refined warmth. The interior design includes elements of wooden furniture, linens, quilts, and handmade textiles. Her space features vibrant, colorful shades and the decor is modest but meaningful, with a focus on comfort and practicality. 

Living in New York with her Grandma, Uncle and friends, I imagine Samantha now lives on the upper East side of New York with multiple homes in the Hamptons, mountains and beach.  Her style reflects the opulence and elegance of the time, with refined furniture, floral wallpaper, and a soft color palette. Her space is decorated with fine details, luxury furnishing and is a sanctuary and a space of refined taste, showcasing the charm and sophistication of early 20th-century design.  

With influence of the War, Molly would now be working in a large technology company and her home would be inspired by the emerging mid century and modern designs she grew up through.  Vibrant and fun colors, yet simple and practical design, her space includes clean lines, a mixture of fabrics, and woods.
